Paid plans are unlimited by design, but we protect the platform from abuse (bots, scraping, unusually high spikes) with rate limiting and anti-bot filtering. If you expect massive volume, we can help with a dedicated capacity/SLA add-on.

Are redirects unlimited?
On paid plans, yes—unlimited under a fair use policy (anti-bot + rate limiting). On Free, the limit is defined by the plan (e.g. 1,000 redirects/month in the default seed).
What does “one slug = one app” mean?
Each app has one public slug (e.g. dwnld.app/myapp) that contains its destinations (iOS/Android/Desktop) and campaign tracking.
What is a slug?
A slug is the last part of the URL that identifies your app in a short, readable way. Example: in dwnld.app/myapp, the slug is “myapp”.
